JR assessed my home and gave me excellent recommendations for new 65 inch tv and home security system. TV required extra wiring and wall mount. JR took care of everything including picking out products and making sure they were installed correctly. I received outstanding service with my site visit and installation.

Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my sanus TV walll mount. Just one thing bothers me. Squad did a poor job identifying where a wood petition was. Now I have a three inch hole in my wall that I will have to repair . Other than that, everything else was excellent.

I recommend having Geek Squad come out to your home to do a site survey. Whatever you may be interested in doing...for an example getting security cameras installed, they will let you know what is possible as well as what isn't possible. There's no charge for this service.

Mike and crew got my TV installed quick, fast, and in a hurry! Did great work with a difficult install (mounting in to a rock fireplace). They even cleaned up the rats nest of cords and cables in my media closet. Thanks, guys. I'll come up with something more challenging next time.

Wow! What a team! We had a difficult install and Chris and Kyle were efficient, extremely knowledgeable and patient! I highly recommend using them and will personally request them the next time we need to call Geek Squad. Best Buy is lucky to have them!

The tech came out about installing the Blink cameras, and he was nice helpful and explained everything very well.

The Squad came on time, adjusted my receiver and adjusted my TV wall mount in another room. Done very quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.
