Very very happy with my purchase and it works great

The agent, James Shearer, took time to explain why the security cameras should be located as he recommended. He is a very knowledgeable technician. I am very pleased with the service.

I was truly impress by the Geek Squad visit to house to deal with multiple technical issues/devices. Just a WOW!!!!

They never call me back! They came to my backyard and after a cuple of minutes they said they will callme back with an expert for my TV Mount. They never call me.

Before I had the work done, a Geek came out to determine what mount I needed and to see if the TV would be the right size. They gave me a free hour to determine what size mount and if my TV was the right size. After they finished installing the next week I am very happy with how everything works.

The Squad performed a site visit and made good suggestions and on installation of the system we wanted to install in the church, unfortunately the squad did not have a recommendation or source for an electrician.

Good work on time cleanup performed little pricey but it’s ok

I was concerned about the Over-the -Range microwave fitting because of the tile backsplash that went partway up the wall. Surveyor assured me after seeing site and having spoken to installer with several years of experience.

The tech who came over was friendly so that in itself deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately he didn't realize the sensors were wireless so the product he was there to make sure would be compatible was in fact NOT compatible. I'm glad I did my own research

I just moved to a new location and had speakers in the ceiling and a amplifier/receiver, a sub woofer, a new TV and a Blu-ray player, none of which were connected. The Geek squad came in and successfully connected all the devices and got the surround sound working.

Efficient understood exactly what I was talking about and wasn’t trying to upsell or require a ton of additional work to get the perfect solution

Work was done quickly and tv looks great. Workers were on time, professional and friendly.

No mounting required no order was for any type of installation required.

Geek team arrived with tv,installed wall bracket and mounted tv in effortless fashion. Clearly they knew what they were doing. Very clean installation. Very thorough explanation on use of tv. They set up everything including wi go and apps. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Geek squad.

Mission accomplished with skill and precision. I wish that the universal remote came with more instructions. I do not know what many of the buttons are for, and cannot presently receive a picture on live TV, or DVD (can receive it on smart TV channels).

The technician was great. He connected the Ruko to 2 TVs and set up the smart one also. He was sure to show me how they all worked so I can do it myself. Thank you so much for your help with this.
