Yadi the geek squad tech was great and helped me make the right TV choice for the size I have.

Geek Squad agent came to make sure he would have what he needed to do the job. This was great because it made the installation easier and more efficient because I did need some extra things to complete my audio installation . Definitely a worthwhile service, highly recommend!

I would recommend this service to anyone. The tech were very professional, courteous, they knew what they were doing and refused to accept a tip. I bought 4 new TVs that I needed hung and wanted to boost my wifi. The cost of having the Geek squad do this was about 15% a private person who also gave me a quote.

The site review at the time seemed fine, but after installers were complete in retrospect the review seems to have fallen short. It is still in the process of being corrected, so the story isn't over, but a 10 hour install with numerous issues that they worked diligently to correct/solve, might have been avoided with a more comprehensive, possibly more detailed site review/analysis. I would strongly recommend the process be changed to allow them on the roof for review and install as that limited our desired options and for the price we should be able to get the cameras where we wanted instead of where they could be.

The Geek Squad agent Leanne helped us select the best place for the EchoDots I needed to hook up Alexa to my Lively. She was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions.

Agent came out and assessed my home theater build out. He was pleasant and informative. I decided to go in an alternative direction but this had nothing to do with the agent.

They did a great job mounting my tv on a stone wall. They were very friendly and even more knowledgeable. They showed up within the window and worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend them more

They connected Sonos speakers throughout my bedroom including to the bottom of tv that they had mounted on a previous trip. Very knowledgeable and very clean, you could never tell they were ever there.
