My tv was installed by very knowledgable guys. They answered all my questions and they were very informative. They even told me i could contact them with any problems or questions. Great service! Best Buy is now my favorite store

Agents installed equipment and insured equipment was working properly as advertised. Made sure all applications was functioning.

The Installer, Matthew, studied my needs and worked with me to get my weak internet into the condition necessary to run my equipment effectively. He took his time to make sure everything was functional and yet worked within my limited timeline. Excellent service!

Good job except that the agent remove the TV sound off and my remote control not working right. I want the TV sound back and fix the remote control, if you could send back your agent to fix the problem.

The geek squad came to my house to do a site survey to evaluate what type of equipment I needed for my need for my TV set up. They were fantastic. There were very helpful and listened to what I wanted and made recommendations based on what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me.

Nothing wrong with your agents but we had a major misunderstanding of the purpose of the appointment. They were there to do a site survey and we thought they were to provide tech help setti g up our tv. This misunderstanding mzy be due to a communication issue between myself and the gent we made the appointment with.the

The guy I had for my site visit was very detailed oriented. I didn't know that this was even an option. I'm very happy I was told. Purchased exactly what we were looking for.

The guys were early, checked to site i hope to have tv mounted since there had been structural changes some time ago. They even said they would mount tv then if they had mount i wanted on truck since i had not yet purchased one. Appreciate your professionalism.

The geek squad was fine but they messed up the delivery of my brackets for my speakers so they could not set up my surround system. They pushed me out two weeks which was not appreciated!

The Geek Squad gave an outstanding effort tot install my order, which included many aspects of home theater. However, one agent arrive late, another came later, and then the third arrived to the point where they stayed until 9 pm.

Had a question about what to do to cut the cable and use streaming services instead. I could not have asked for more informed person to discuss options with. He had great suggestions and within half an hour had our household converted to exactly what we wanted. It was a great experience.
