The team was very professional and patient in explaining the usage of the tv remotes and using the live portion of the ring on the cell phone.

The guys knew what they were doing. They did have issues getting the WiFi going and that was needed to finish setting everything else up, but once that was set, everything went overall well.

The agent helped us determine what items would be best for each tv to enhance the sound.

The guys did a great job. Answered all questions asked. Connected TV to all external devices.

Had questions about wi-fi and audio component setup after moving into a new home. Stopped at the Best Buy store and they suggested the site survey which was offered at no cost. Booked an appointment. After the survey we were able to set up the appointment with the Geek Squad to get things "up and running."

The agent performed an on-site evaluation for mounting my recently purchased 65" TV. Agent was very professional and courteous. Give me several options of how and where and how TV could be mounted. I was very pleased with his assessment & recommendations.

The agents mounted the TV to the wall and assured me that it was secure. They also educated my wife as to how high on the wall the TV should be placed. They also informed us as to what kind of surge protection we should have. Very professional.

For my site visit, Brandon answered most of my questions in order to help me make the right decision. Then Brian came out to take a closer look at the best way for me to move forward in the install. I had four agents on the day of the install. They were all very professional.

Originally I had my 75" Samsung TV set on a stand I bought for it and my other equipment. When I mentioned I might want it wall-mounted, the Geek Squad tech gave me excellent feedback and recommendations. I followed through with the wall mount and am very happy I did. The Geek Squad guy came out and did a site survey of my area where I want my big screen TV moved to. He scoped out the site and determined what additional hardware may be needed and gave me close ballpark estimate of the cost to perform the move.
