Geek Squad came out to let me know what I would need to connect all items in home to a DVR I bought from them, I took back the DVR, it would have cost too much to connect everything up to it!!

Great job Guys! Both techs went over all of the instructions. I’m very happy that they did because I was not up on the latest features.

I asked for a smart home survey and they sent a home theater tech. However, they quickly called their office and the right tech showed up shortly after that - so great customer service.

The site survey convinced me that my plans for rear speakers were doable. The consultant understood the problems and possible options.

Had questions about installing a TV over my fireplace. Glad I got the Geek Squad involved because I almost just did it on my own and they informed me that it wasn't a good idea! Still bought a new TV from Best Buy, just didn't mount over the fireplace.

The agent Vic was very professional and knowledgeable concerning the installation survey. He made key recommendations and were very happy.

Tom came in to see which receiver I should buy to take care of all my needs. I had just bought a home that came with surround sound and outdoor speaker but they had taken their receiver! He knew his stuff! I bought exactly what I needed and have enjoyed it ever since.

Benjamin and Donald solved an issue related to achieving better performance from our system and made a recommendation to add Sonos speakers to incorporate sound on 2nd and 3rd floors. They did a super job.

He came found out. What will my network problem was, and suggested a solution to fix the problem which I did, and it worked great.

The service I needed was to get an estimate for outdoor Nest camera install. This required electrical installation which is not a geek squad service offered. So the guy coming to us was really a waste of time for him and us. We can install the camera ourselves just not the electrical wiring. So they should be clear on which services are provided when making an appointment. The geek squad person was on time and courteous. No negative comments on him. He did the best he could. However we needed an electrician. The geek squad in itself I used in the past and was satisfied and can recommend.

Agents arrived on time and did a great job mounting and setting up the TV. They answered all my questions before cleaning the room and leaving for their next appointment.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and recommended various solutions for my home sound system. He was very easy to speak with and provided terrific options of setting up the in-home sound system.

The site survey was extremely helpful and useful. The agents made recommendations before the installation based upon my setup pointing out additional items that I needed to purchase so that my installation would be total and complete. Very worthwhile

The geek squad crew was really professional. They explained everything. The good part was he was not trying to sell me because he can make money buy he was trting to tell me ehat to use to save money.

The agents delivered, installed my TV, and cleaned up. Efficient and knowledgeable. Best service you can get.

Didn't provide installing assistance. He just made suwaste re installing was feasible. So jt was basically a waste of our time.

Ken did a great job….. he let me know when he would arrive and hit that time. He fully evaluated my setup and clearly explained how to operate it allowing me to get full use.

I HAD TO REPLACE MY PRINTER AFTER THE GEEK SQUAD DETERMINED IT WAS DONE. A SALES ASSOCIATE TOOK CARE OF US AND HELPED US TO CHOOSE THE PERFECT PRINTER FOR OUR NEEDS. WE HAD IT SHIPPED TO OUR HOME AND IT ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATER.
