    We purchased a new refrigerator and a TV. The refrigerator required the carting away of the old one. The installation and removal was done with no drama. The TV install required the assembly of the stand and installation of the TV. The Geek Squad was fantastic.

    The installer arrived on time and took safety measures with face mask and booties on. He was able to install but could not hook tv up to Spectrums remote. So now we must use two remotes until Spectrum can come out

    The agent tried his best to get my Ring doorbell/camera up and running. But after all his efforts it still wouldn't work. I've had it with Ring.

    The 2 men came on time. Put on shoe covers to keep our house clean. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Knew the products that Best Buy has to get the job done right. They offered options. Gave me the information I needed to make abetter decision.

    Geek Squad I think the program has potential as a great customer service tool. but has weakness 1. Telephone contact is almost nonexistent. Always on hold for hours. ( Which isn't good for senior citizen who may be challenged by computer contact. 2. Walk In is horrible, I'v visited four Best Buy stores in the last two year. a. the Geek Squad booth is usually unattended. b. if is manned they fail to make eye contact or even acknowledge they you are in their space and time without an appointment. c. It's apparent that is you don't have an appointment, you are not welcome. Home appointments: Customer Service training is apparent and lacking. I've had four or five home visits in the last two or three month because I moved. Depending on the maturity level of agent, the encounter with the agent to have good service is apparent. the some display attitudes or seem to be in a hurry get the job done because of their "limit assignment time for the job. The one good encounter I had at my home the tech was mature, knew his job and willing and patient enough thru work thru my moving area's and completed the job. I tried a online order that was went crazy, the tech stated I had an to install just Ring Door bell when I want the ring system install. I told him to leave because he obviously didn't have the assignment time. It was truly my fault and no-one ever called for clarification?

    Before purchasing any stereo or television equipment or components, please allow The Geek Squad to go over to your place and suggest products. The Geek Squad help me to choose the correct receiver and speakers for my surround sound Man Cave. Call them FIRST!

    Not happy with the Geek Squad. Can never get a quick appointment. Always 2-3 weeks. Time is never an option. You want am and they book pm. Can't call Geek Squad as all calls are routed through a foreign call center. If I lived in a more metropolitan area I would not be a total tech member. Customer Service stinks

    Team came in to help us determine the best way to mount the TV above the fireplace that’s a remodel. They were extremely helpful showed us exactly what to do and made sure that they didn’t leave until we were comfortable highly recommend their services
