The agents assessed the location for the placement of the TV. They were quite thorough as my walls were plaster and they needed to see that there were studs in the wall in order to hang the TV.

Geek squad spent about 30 minutes to confirm that my setup was going to work. He caught one mistake I made, the center of the mounting bracket was a few inches to low.

I'm certainly glad I requested a site survey to ensure that the television would be able to fit and mount on the wall . My home was built in 1895 and even though sturdy a mounting properly is essential .

The Geek Squad came into my house to install a Nest Yale lock. They did a fantastic job, and they were knowledgable and they were polite.

Scheduling was easy with rep. However, I do not like all day appointments and it’s not until the night before a 4 hour window is confirm. Otherwise best buy is fine.
