The Geek Squad arrived on time and mounted the TV and sound bar In a timely fashion. Mounted it so no wires showed and that is what I wanted. The two men were courteous and cleaned up their mess.

The crew was very knowledgeable and was able to eliminate the compatibility problems I was having between my nearly new Sony OLED television and the amplifier.

The Geek Squad immediately fixed our reception problem then made suggestions how to better use our system. Also instead of having to drill holes they had the equipment and wires to go between the walls and the mantel below our tv.

We looked at several air fryers and this one had all the features that we wanted.

The Geek squad mounted my TV ,programmed the remote, and picked up the furniture to accommodate the size of the TV. My wife and I were both delighted with theirp orfessionalism, knowledge, and courtesy

The agents showed up and fixed the problem I was having with my ring. They were efficient and courteous.

He stated everything was connected once he was done mounting tv. He did a awesome job. I just wish he would have stuck around a little bit longer with the tv on to make sure everything was connected.

The agent programmed the Harmony remote to control all by devices and taught me how to use it (no small task with that. :-) ). He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The agents worked for several hours to get my TV/receiver/remote synchronized and working. I appreciate their perseverance.

Geek squad visit was great. He gave me great advice on installing our surround sound system. I would definitely recommend these services based on my experience.

Two stars for service. The Sonance Landscape speakers, however are a strong 5 stars - love them!!! I purchased the system at the end of June. The install was on July 1st. The height of my patio wall was never taken into account during the site survey. Geek Squad rep explained they couldn't resolve the height issue until July 5th due to the holiday. I was perfectly fine with that, as I was Super excited for the speakers. So, July 5th comes and goes. Nothing, no show, no phone call. Just nothing. Then week after week of promises made and not kept. Finally got resolved on August 29th. During this span, the associates that handled my very obvious frustrations with my "Total Tech" service, made promises (yeah, more of those) that I would be compensated for my "trouble". Here it is, September 16th. Still waiting for another PROMISE to be honored. Honestly, Best Buy needs to get their act together. This should be embarrassing for them.

The agent came to see why my headphones weren't working. He came very quickly and corrected the problem. He told me to let him know if I have anymore problems and he will take care of it.

The agents explained everything that was available currently in the home. Very helpful.

Agent identified the source of our problem ands recommended several solution options -- SUPER helpful --- like always :o)

A surveyor for the company came out to see if they could install a dishwasher in my house which had never had one before. While it turns out it wasn't possible for them to do, they checked everything out and did a thorough inspection.

All agents were so knowledgeable and resolved all my AV issues. I can now enjoy all my streaming music throughout my 3 Denon surround systems!

We called to setup an appointment to have the Geek Squad come out to help us get our 60" T.V. mounted safely. The person setting up the appointment was very friendly and courteous and everything happened after the call just as they said it would.

The GEEK Squad that serviced our home were extremely easy to work with, were very professional and patient in answering all of our questions. They represent Best Buy extremely well.

Good review of existing audio/video systems. At the time of this review I am awaiting feedback regarding options to enhance current equipment and/or new equipment.

The rep showed up at the scheduled time- and took time to explain everything - I had unusual questions about relocating tv's, hiding wiring and cables so that nothing was exposed, etc. He gave me a number of ideas that made sense.
