Consultation of how to improve sound in my family room that has a high ceiling. Recommended a sonos sound system. Kind of knew that already.

The installer came our to review my security needs. He was prompt and courteous. He addressed all my questions and concerns.

The agents that came to assess our wall for proper TV mounting we’re very professional and kind. We took the recommendation they made for mounting location and it worked out beautifully.

The consult was good and informative. They said they would give the info to BestBuy and they would send me an estimate in 48 hours. Nothing for a week, then another person calls me and asks to come out for a consult, and I told it was already done. He said it was passed down to him, and he was a contractor and an expert. I said too many passdowns and rejected it, and have not heard from them again. I ended up purchasing 2 Sonos ARC sound bars, 2 sets of rear Sonos speakers, and a Sonos Sub. ~$3400 loss sale for you. Poor customer service
