    Kind of hurts and so did everyone else who used it said the same thing. 8 people used it and they all said it was uncomfortable.

    This pillow came in charged, I gradually drained the battery with use and after charging it overnight I found that the battery was still dead. Tried charging a few more times - nothing, it works for 10 seconds, then it stops. Went to a Bestbuy store, about 20 days after purchasing the product, they won’t take return of a faulty product. However, I had purchased a 2-year warranty with it, but guess what, if I return it under warranty, I have to buy warranty again, so a 2-year warranty is actually only good for a one time ‘fix’. With warranties and service like this it makes a lot more sense to buy this stuff straight from the big Chinese online retail stores. Cheaper and they give more time to complete return if something is wrong.
