Poor product AND Bestbuy warranty

Tried charging a few more times - nothing, it works for 10 seconds, then it stops. Went to a Bestbuy store, about 20 days after purchasing the product, they won’t take return of a faulty product. However, I had purchased a 2-year warranty with it, but guess what, if I return it under warranty, I have to buy warranty again, so a 2-year warranty is actually only good for a one time ‘fix’. With warranties and service like this it makes a lot more sense to buy this stuff straight from the big Chinese online retail stores. Cheaper and they give more time to complete return if something is wrong.

Not a good item for massaging

Returning it after one day

It shut off and wouldn't turn on again after I charged it the full length. Pretty disappointed since it was shipped to the store late and I was going to cancel, but it showed up yesterday.

This item is a DUD. Waste of time and money

I am a fan of Homedics however this device was a huge disappointment. Not much heat and did not provide comfort on sore neck. Returned the same day as purchased. Would not recommend

Very painful

Good massager!

Others in the family used it as well and they all agreed it’s good! I reviewed many massagers and believed this to be a good option. I also wanted a cordless one because it’s easier to move it around. Definitely recommend!
