Returning it after one day
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All good reviews so what could go wrong?! It turned on and didn't massage the full 15 minutes. It shut off and wouldn't turn on again after I charged it the full length. Pretty disappointed since it was shipped to the store late and I was going to cancel, but it showed up yesterday.

This item is a DUD. Waste of time and money

I am a fan of Homedics however this device was a huge disappointment. Not much heat and did not provide comfort on sore neck. Returned the same day as purchased. Would not recommend

Very painful

Good massager!

Others in the family used it as well and they all agreed it’s good! I reviewed many massagers and believed this to be a good option. I also wanted a cordless one because it’s easier to move it around. Definitely recommend!

Definitely one of the BEST products I have experienced. The quality is very sturdy, user friendly and easy to use, and feels better than a real massage! It is portable and you can bring it with you anywhere. Highly recommended!
