The fact that u have to hold it while using , it’s too much. The heat temp is very low. I have muscle aches a lot and would have rather something with high heat and not have to hold it all the time.

It fit well and was comfortable around our necks. The massager works well and the added heat is nice. It never got too hot for us so that was another added bonus. It helped worked out the kinks in my husbands neck.

I AM 60 YRS OLD AND MY NECK WILL HURT FROM TIME TO TIME AND WHEN I WAS AT MY SISTER HOME SHE HAD A NECK MASSAGER I USED AND IT FELT GREAT. NOW I HAVE MY OWN NECK MASSAGER WITH ARM HANDLES. THE PRICE IS GREAT.

I have to say that it works very well for me when I work 5 twelve hour shifts in a row. it relieves that stress tension in my neck and it feels so good after I use it. The price was great.
