Bought this for my mom. I think she likes it, it seemed a little less flexible than I was expecting.

exactly what i was looking for. adjustable settings and you can also adjust the pressure by pulling on the arm loops (or not). you can move it exactly where you need it. and the heat option is a bonus! highly recommend!

Using this compared to the hand held massager is kinda a let down. We bought this for those nights when me or my wife wasn't available to use the hand held massager. This massager needs a little more power and then it would be be perfect. Don't get me wrong it's nice but for the price there may be better alternatives.

Perfect to relax the muscles in your neck and shoulder. So fantastic if that's where you carry your stress. Glad I got it. Only wish is that it was convertible so I could use it all over:-)

It does a great job, I like all the different settings and features. I only wish the power cord was longer and a bit more ergonomic to hold/handle it.

The massager is nice, but a little aggressive. It definitely works the neck muscles and ligaments, but occasionally leave me dizzy.

Bought this for my wife and she was very pleased with it once she figured out how to use it. It was a great alternative to a real Shiatsu massage which might cost you the same as what I paid for this device.

This massager is one of the best I have ever used. It's very powerful and once you get the hang of it on how to move it from your neck down your spine. I use it everyday & love it! If you're not used to a strong massage I suggest starting out on the lightest setting.

We have owned a few of these HoMedics massagers. The HoMedics company has replaced at least one of them for us in the past. Their customer service has been excellent. The product is great. It stands up to hours and hours of use at our house!

It’s great and feels amazing!!! Although I did want wireless and I thought it was so I did return it since I already have one with a wire. I definitely had to try it out first though!

The massager is really very good. There are variable settings, and the user can adjust the device easily to his/her preferred intensity.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. It was hard for her to get the right pressure while in the right location for her (top of the shoulders/base of the neck), and it looked like it had to be plugged in the entire time. Returned this and got her a different massager online.

Good product, nice massage, a little awkward to get to your spots but it works good for what it is.

It gets in at the knots really good, and with the different speed settings you can choose how intense or easy you want it

I looked for this type of item in several online stores and finally found one with the right functions at the right price at Best Buy. Its a great buy for a neck/shoulder massage.

It is honestly not too bad, works okay. My biggest problem is how the two turning massagers are too far apart. When I put it on my neck, my neck gets caught in between them and ends up being squeezed pretty bad, and I have an average sized neck. You can put it on your lower and upper back too, but it is a bit rough and can cause some pain, even on the lowest setting.

Feels great, but the arm holders are too short for comfort. (I am 6’0” tall)

My wife has a sore shoulder. I bought this for her to relieve some of the discomfort. She's absolutely in love with this Massager! She uses it several times a day and won't be caught without it. Thank you very much!

I use it at least 3 times a week. Now, I don't need to spend lots of money for message. I also got one for my mom too.

I had a cordless one that I purchased from Amazon. I also liked it except for the fact that battery wouldn’t hold the charge, this one is plug in.
