I like this product a lot, and it has been helping with my tight/sore neck issues. Not as easy to use as a chair massager, but gets the job done.

Useful for neck pain, not able to use it for a long time. The option of warm massage is OK.

this massager works wonder in kneeding your muscles if you ever get tired. Its effective and the design allows you to put your hands in the loops for convenience. you can pull down harder to adjust the intensity of the pressure.

Love this! The pressure is perfect and it really works on getting the knots out. If I had to revise something it would be longer handles. Other than that it is perfect!

I am slightly tall 5'3" and my upper torso is more of wider build. So looping my arms into it feels uncomfortable and the massage from the posture felt like it trying to crush my spine\neck. Though it might work better for others. Just not for me unfortunately.

Bought this for my brother in law for Christmas. As soon as he got it out of the box, it was an instant hit. Everyone was lined up to use it! Makes me want to get one for myself!

Very good for the neck area, decent enough for the back. If you are solely interested in back area - would look for a better option.

Great product to use if you want a massage in different places. Not as good as a massage chair, but gets the job done.
