This is my third massager in less than three years. Even though it works well, it keeps overheating and can cause serious burns. I got burned few times. So if you mind getting burn don't buy it. I keep replacing it because is economic and it works well for me, the burns are compensated with the relief I get from my neck and shoulder pain.

This massage was not for me. I could not tell the difference between its 3 speeds.

I thought this would be like my sister’s TruMedics neck and shoulder massager, so I bought it on sale for $58. Even for that price, this is way too crappy. It’s not a massage any more than crowdsurfing is, or falling onto a conveyer belt. It’s not even that it’s too hard or light, it’s that the pressure is concentrated in points instead of distributed. You know how hard it can feel well someone pokes your back instead of taps it? Well this is a poking massage. And it made my muscles way tighter even on the mild setting, had to turn it off. I’m going to give it to someone else who doesn’t mind crappy products, I have no use for this.

Bulky and cumbersome. Not easy to use. I ended up returning this product.

Very weak strength, even for a kid. Waste of mkney

Bought as a gift. I hope he enjoys it for his achy muscles.

I could never find a comfortable position, very uncomfortable.

I did not like to probably because it was just too rough on the massage I would really prefer something to be less bulky and more cushion or gel

I'm sure for some people this would be great. But my wife's pain tolerance is low. This caused more pain than it relieved.

My goodness, these massagers are junk. I've exchanged/returned a massager over a dozen times for a new unit. The design has been revised several times, they're still junk. BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY.

Awkward to use. It was ok product. I am not sure I will buy again.

Sitting on lazyboy the cord is too short to plug into wall behind. Masages nice only with pressure. Would not buy for a gift.

I've owned this device a little over a year. I've used it a handful of times. However, it won't turn on now. It was fine when it worked, but may need to invest in a better brand if you want it to last.

Bought for my wife who gets tension headaches. It hurt more than it helped her and I also tried it and did not like it at all so we ended up returning it for a refund.

Sucks bought it for my wife, she had pain in her shoulders n neck, awkward didn't help disappointed

It just didn’t feel good nor work for me. Maybe for others but this just didn’t do the job
