The unit seems to be designed for someone with a large neck. It does not fit me comfortably or give me the amount of pressure needed to release tension in my neck.

Much better than some of the cheaper off-brand ones that we've tried in the past. Can still be a little too strong if you're not careful, but moving it around and changing the intensity helps a lot.

Loud and uncomfortable

And it being right next to your ears...nothing relaxing about that at all. It also felt like extremely hard pastic rolling on my neck. I have cheaper ones than this that work much better.
