It really is a strong massage, only thing is after a few weeks, it doesn't power on very easy, I have to mess with it for a few minutes to get it to work. Not sure if I got one with a faulty power button, sure seems like it. But the product works great when its on

I have chronic neck pain and finally decided to try one of these. If used too long, or hard it can exacerbate the pain. But overall, if used correctly this little machine delivers some much needed relief.

I mean it does the job. Definitely works the neck and shoulders. Downside is it has a short cord and it is clunk but honestly really deep into the neck massage so I'll take that as a win.

This massager broke in less than a month. Unfortunately, it was past the Best Buy return period. First, it started clicking loudly. Then one side stopped moving. Then the other side stopped moving. This was used according to the directions. For the short time that it did work, the massaging quality was somewhat decent (which is why I didn't give it 1 star) but the "heat" was barely even warm. If it had continued working, I would have considered it adequate for the price, but not good. Breaking so quickly, however, it was a waste of money. I do realize that any electronic/mechanical product can have a small number of defective units and I don't know if my experience is typical, so I will say that if it had not broken like it did, I would have given it 3 stars.

Can’t give it a 5star since it’s not a real massage. However it does its job as a machine. Totally recommend. I like the function that it rotates in different directions. You can move it along your neck and upper body for other areas too.

Works great for my neck. Heat could be a little warmer. I use it all the way down my back and on my legs after a long day at work.

This is pretty good product for in between massage visits. It just isn't the same if you're use to professional human but it is good for relaxation and tension relief once you get use to manipulating the pressure yourself. The heat function could be a lil warmer. I'd pay $75 dollars for it again.

I couldn't wait to get this gadget home and try it out. Placed it around my neck, turned it on and I was in heaven. Adjusted it a time or two to connect with my achy areas. It automatically turned itself off after 15 minutes of use. The next day I was rather tender and skipped a day before using it again. It hurt so good! You'll definitely want to ease into this product but I love it!

I was skeptical, but this massager is great. Shoulders, neck back....well worth it!

Works like a personal massager would on my neck. Pressure can be controlled by using arms in the loops. Heater takes a while, but is a nice feature.

Daily commute to work and long day at the office stiffness cannot be avoided especially with my neck and shoulder. Saw this product & read its reviews I had to try one for myself - I can say I felt the good the first time I tried the massager.
