I sit at a desk all day working at a computer and my neck and shoulders get stiff with knots. This helps. I have to be careful, though, because the balls within it are hard, and you have to make sure they do not apply too much pressure.

Is very good specially if you can’t go out to a massage therapist. Must be careful when using the heat it feels so good that you won’t realize that you are getting a second degree burn.lol I got burned several times, but still love it, helps a lot with pain.

This was everything I expected and wanted. I was a little worried because I have tired a few different massagers, but this one is worth the money. It really works your muscles and can adjust the level of pressure based on how you position it. Any wife/mom/sister/ will love it.

It works fine. Pulling it tight into muscle areas to dig deeper causes it to slow down or stop, so it's best for light massages. The heat seems to go in/out, but maybe we had a bad unit. The corded unit is really inconvenient, so we returned it to purchase a cordless model elsewhere. For $150 or less you can find a cordless brand with much stronger massage action and great battery life.

I originally bought a cheaper one from Bed Bath and Beyond, but returned it because it didnt have the heat function. Found this at Best Buy and was well worth the extra dollars. My wife loves it!

I’m shocked at how well this massager works. It gets out the kinks. I like the design because you can massage any place on your neck and back. I convinced someone to try my massager when they had a headache from tight muscles and their headache was gone after 15-20 minutes... bought their own the next day!

This back and neck massager was great for my back, being a 6 foot male i had no issues of getting it right where i needed to. However my wife had a hard time getting it to properly postition on her traps to get the knots out.

Incredible design for a small to medium size person. It hits all of my bad spots and has a comfortable hands-free design that doesn't make my relaxing counterproductive like other massagers that stress out my arms trying to hold in place.

Works really well if you have a bad back/neck. The heat isn't too hot, the massager works really well. Just be careful not to put too much pressure on it. If you put it on the couch and lean on it or pull it too hard against your back or neck, you will bruise.

We bought this massager for our pregnant daughter-in-law which has neck and back pains she loves it and she uses it twice a day. For the value And the quality this is a great product I recommend it to anybody and everybody

Did the trick working a kink out between the shoulder and neck after 3 uses. I like the heat feature and the auto shut off. Only negative I have is that I wish the straps were a little longer.

Just what the doctor ordered. It's strong and powerful. You can use the straps to pull the massager tighter or closer depending on how much deep tissue massage you want. We use it for shoulders, backs and thighs. LOVE IT.
