I sit at work all day in pretty much the same position ( I solder electronic circuit boards). When I get home I use this to work out the knots in my shoulders and neck. I only wish I had got one sooner.

Bought for neck and it helps although it’s a little uncomfortable. Also use it under calves and thighs and takes leg cramps away. Haven’t used it on back since I have the chair massager which I love!

Good massage pillow for price. A little difficult to position correctly at first but overall great.

I have severe back pain and I bought this hoping it would help. The rollers are way too close together and it’s uncomfortable. The heating mechanism that was imbedded into it, quit working after my 6th time using it. I only used it for twenty minutes at a time. Honestly, I should have returned it because it isn’t worth the money.

My wife always atvthe end of the day she had shoulder pain, now right before she goes to bed she use it for 10 minutes and she is good to go, I really recommend it, the size is good too not to big or not too small just perfect...

It hurts for the back but if you position it well, it feels good for your neck.

This massager is really great. Only beef i have with it is it is hard to move around without a strap or something.

It works well but can be a little rough, however it is a shiatsu massager so I guess that is to be expected.

Bought this for my parents and they are happy. A good product in a competitive price. Its heating function is really great. Would love to use it for myself too after a tiring day in office.

Bought this for my wife who was in the hospital. She suffered from lower back pain and she enjoyed this massager.

I just gave this to my son-in-law and he says it's great. He had some neck problems after serving in the army special forces. This helps alleviate the discomfort.
