The HoMedics Shiatsu Massage Pillow allows you to massage your neck and lower back with the appropriate pressure needed to work out those knots.

I bought this as my neck feels tense at times and all it did was worsen the pain around my neck and head. Used it for my back and it hurt had to use the pillow for half my back so it's not as painful. Wish there were multiple settings such as low medium and high settings.

This messaged my Lower back pain while I was able to continue to work.

Homedics has great products. Very sturdy with quality materials used in the cover. Massage action is good.

This pillow does help to relax those tired muscles. The reason I gave it a 3 is this: It works fine for me, but my boyfriend tried it and when he put it behind his back and put his weight on it, it slows the movement down. Too much weight causes the pillow to slow down or not move at all.

It was purchased for my mother in-law for this past Mother's Day. She just told me that it she is using it and that it feels good. Mission accomplished!

We just got it and it stops in the middle of a session. I am not sure if it is due to faulty wiring, I will likely return it or try another one. When it is working, it is fine, though it has shut off 2 times in the last 6 times I used it.

For the price, it’s a good product. Easy to use. And the heat setting is nice too.

I love this, being on my feet all day makes my neck and shoulders hurt by the end of the night. This perfectly fits into my neck muscles and hits my shoulders to help loosen the muscles.
