This pillow made my back more sore than I had it before and last for couple of days

The balls that roll inside the unit and massage your back are too big so the so called massage is rather uncomfortable and painful. I would have returned this product but unfortunately, I paid for it with a voucher, so the return would have no monetary value. I wish I had spent it on something else.

Not too comfortable. They could design this to be a little softer.

It does it’s job but barely gets warm and it is very hard when leaning against it on your back. It is also not cordless. The cord reaches as far as your bed if you have a outlet very close to it.

Good for your lower back area. Something small and convenient.

Brought this for my mother birthday. Said it was too rough. I've tried it out & it hardly makes any contact on my muscles on my back & neck. The heat feature hardly works. So nope!.

I bought this as a gift for my wife but neither of us like it too much. I expected it to massage but it really just pushes against your neck and head.

Item doesn’t get as hot as I thought it would . It’s also is rough on you.

Speedy delivery, arrived earlier than expected during the holidays and very Comfortable. The only down side is that the device needs to be plugged into a wall to use. An old one I had, different brand; could be charged up and disconnected to travel with

I'm 8.5 months pregnant with horrible back pain. I figured this investment would pay for itself, which it did for the first 2 weeks. Now I have to return it because the heat function already went out, which is why I chose this model to begin with. Pretty disappointed, and won't be purchasing another.

Had this product for 5 seconds. This “massager” does NOT massage. It basically pushes a couple balls around in a non-massaging way. Also, it has to be plugged in. So I have to be near the wall if I want a “massage.” Returning it today.

Returned it after a week because the buttons started to go crazy and turn itself on and switch between patterns. Loved it for the 3 days it worked well.....may try and take a chance on ordering another but not sure yet.

Product is not relaxing at all. The knots are too hard and it hurts a lot . It might feel good for sometime but once u are done , t leaves hell lot of bruises and even dark skin maybe due to clots.

I read the reviews before purchasing. I find it to be very painful and not relaxing.

This pillow massager is very uncomfortable. It's painful when you put it around your neck or shoulders. I will not recommend it.

It is to hard for an elderly person to use. Very hard plastic that doesn't work on him.

This product sucks. This is to hard on your back and neck. When I started using this it made my back so sore and gave me bruises from it.

This thing hurt so bad if left bruises on my neck!!
