This item is amazing. I will buy it again. It does nice deep or light massages on all of your back, you have to raise or lower to where it is needed. I had some serious knots in my upper back, this and a ice pack worked them out completely. Only done side is wear. I will have to replace it with in 2 years, but that is because I lay down on it hard to get a deep massage.

Great for minor back pain, but not continuous, severe back pain. Sometimes it turns off on its own.

Works great for the lower back. Maybe too intense for the neck, but I would never use any device on my neck other than light traction.

All these years of having an office job finally kicked in with neck and upper back pain (stiffness). This is works both of those areas. I read you can also use it on your legs. As for me, it really loosens me up. I should have purchases this a long time ago!

Was kinda sceptical about shiatsu massage pillow. But nope it gave me some results. Worked out some sore spots i had on my upper back. You just have to position it right to t the relief you're seeking out of it. You cant just lay up against it and expecting it to work wonders. This pillow needs to be positioned properly..

If you find the right angle for the massage, it works. Usage for a long time hurts

This is alright! For the price, it is worth it. A larger one would be more satisfying for back massages but this one does the trick. After a while it gets old.

This massage pillow works well on necks, but shoulders are not as simple. I would suggest a larger massage pad/pillow if you need one for your shoulders.

I like it, but it was for my wife and she didn't like the hard protruding massagers, even when used with a towel, so I reluctantly returned it and let her buy her own.

I love my pillow. It's really does a great job of relaxing my neck and upper shoulders. The heater is a added bonus to the massage. Lovin it.

The massage pillow works well but it can be very intense and needs to be moved around. If you are looking for relief on a specific area this is great.

My mom was in need of a new massager since she had hip surgery a few years back and she has been using this since day 1. Uses it every morning. I would recommend for back & hip relief. So would she :)
