It is less usable than my 20 year old model. Use of 2 hands or a second person would be my suggestion for use. Will continue to look for a better design for my needs, leg and back tension.

After first usages loud.

It still fells good on the muscles, but it makes about 10X noise as to when I received it. Some thing came loose on inside of massager sounds like a screw or piece of broken something. I had a previous one which did the same thing about 8 years ago. Things haven't changed.
