Have some duct tape on hand. You’ll find out what I mean. Might take it back.

My window air conditioner that is rated for 150 square feet does better than this air conditioner. Don't waste your money

Great A/C for small room

It does it job very well after some time the ring that spins to let the A/C out broke but it did do it’s job for 6 years I still recommend this product.

Leaking and horriable customer service

It was stored inside in the closest all winter so it could not crack we have reached out to the loacl bestbuy and they tell us to contach honeywell well try to reach honeywell and we have tried ever number under the sun and no responce at all would definitely recomment getting a different brand not this junk!

DO NOT BUY -ONLY HAD FOR 3 WEEKS AND IS DEFECTIVE

I am still waiting to hear back from a Honeywell representative on whether or not I will be able to get it replaced. With a unit in this price point I would expect it not to have an issue so soon. Very disappointed in best buy for only having a 15 day return policy for I fear that I wasted my money on a defective unit.

Thought i bought a heater

Our fan is cooler than this. Did give it 2 nights thinking it maybe because the weather is really hot , but not a single minute did it cool our very small room. The worst part was living on the 2nd floor and have to bring it back to the store :(

Our portable air conditioners make use of dual motor technology, which means lower levels of sound than most other units in the market. These units do create some sound when operating due to the powerful compressor starting up and working towards making the air colder, and that sound can be very subjective.
