It is a nice looking unit and works good, no issues yet. The remote and timer setting are convenient.

I only seem to be able to set it ahead for several hours for one day. It would help if I could make it automatic until I choose to change it. If I am in a hurry in the morning and forget to set the timer I come home to a very hot apartment - which I didn't want to do and was why I purchased this unit in the first place.

It was easy to take out of the box & set up the venting thru the window.It cools fast & has a timer you can set to turn on/off automatically.He's very happy with it.

Not only did it cool the bedroom down, but a second bedroom, hallway and bathroom too.... I'd buy this again...

Easy set up and cools quickly without having to cool the entire house. Perfect for bedtime. Only issue is it’s loud and interfere with the TV. I had to go buy a wireless TV headset that specializes in noise reduction (Sony 700) which totally eliminates the sound of the AC.

Great ac unit for a great price.

Not the greatest system

Well there is no questions the unit works great and cools really good, but the big problem is the noise, it would not let me sleep, or watch TV because it is very loud, I'm very disappointed and will not recommend it to any one.
