They won't fix it, because of some technical thing in the owners manual. Funny, that our last unit lasted 6 years with the same set-up. Honeywell is junk in my opinion.

Had a tough time getting hold of someone at the company, that's when I realized that this is not a honeywell air conditioner. it's imported by some company in Jersey that sticks the honeywell name on it. I will be returning this.
