This AC easily cools my 2 bedroom apartment, living room included. It is pretty quiet and is easy to install. I move it around, depending on where it's hotter, but I find myself leaving it in one window since it reaches almost every room. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

It cools down my room very quickly. It's not too loud so I can sleep very soundly still.

unit works and cools room from about 84 to 70 over night but i have never seen it get below that even on all night on high and that is just in my room fan is starting to make some different noises now only had about a month but i do run it all night every night because i am a hot sleeper room is about 20 ft by 15 ft

Words as I expected, but not as well as I hoped. The temp. fluctuates more than I know why.....does the job. Follow instillation as directed, short hose the best. Did NOT come with weather strip, and the vent was not screened. Had to buy separately.

It takes a while to cool down but once it gets there it stays pretty cool.

Excellent for small space. Would like the exhaust hose to be insulated though, puts heat out into the room.

The reason for this purchase...my son's room sits over the garage and is west facing. Unfortunately when our townhome was built there was only one vent installed in this room that's the size of a huge master bedroom. The rest of the house works well with our central a/c. Looking for options to cool his room, we decided to try the least expensive avenue first by purchasing this portable a/c. It has been a GODSEND! The room stays cool and my son is VERY comfortable and no longer complaining how hot it is in his room. Would definitely recommend this a/c unit. So happy we made the purchase!

The Honeywell 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner works extremely well! It actually surpassed my expectations. Right out of the box easy to install cools down my living room very quickly and is pretty quiet. Great investment

I love this item it was easy to put in the window alone.

Purchased for my garage. The 12000BTUs is not enough to cool it since the garage door is not insulated, but it certainly takes the edge off (dropped Temp 8 degrees) and significantly reduces the humidity so I can work in my wood shop in the summer. Love it!, and lots cheaper than those professionally installed wall mounted systems.
