I've never had an AC this was my first one and I love it my room is pretty big and it gets really cold my husband bugs to turn it off but I like it as long as u close the doors and windows the cold air stays inside it's pretty big but it's nice so it doesn't look ugly in ur home and the noise is as loud as a normal fan I recommend it for an apartment or in a room in ur home.

This is good if u have a small room and its very easy to move. Doesnt make alot of noise too so all in all good buy

Just what I needed! It fits horizontal sliding windows in my house and is relocatable with minimal hassle. I also like that it does not require any sort of drain hose for removal of condensation from AC cycle and that it can also be used as a dehumidifier (with a drain hose).

Initially I was skeptical this lil unit would have any true cooling power. Upon turning it on it quickly became cooler in the room... In no time at all the room was at total chill temp...

I brought this air conditioner as a gift for my son and he loves it. He said it cools the apartment nicely and it quiet and it's very low maintenance that the pan doesn't need to be emptied very often. I would recommend this air conditioner to all y friends.

Overall very good very easy to setup and use. A bit loud but expected with these portable AC units

Bought for the month or so of 90°F+ weather in LA, more humidity than years past, and this did/does the job to bring it down to about 80°F if you set it for 77 with it cycling on and off & humidity about 40%. Try to go any lower on set point and it will go continuous which can't be good for long life.

I am so thankful we invested in this product. It works very well and does everything the specifications state. Great buy!

Easy to research on Best Buy web site and the quality is excellent and shipping was easy and excellent also.

I chose this because I'm in a 38ft Trailer and had no suitable window for a window unit. With a portable like this one, placement is very important. I was able to install a Dryer vent in the wall for the exhaust, but the input for the unit cooling sucks in the outside air, so placing it close to an slightly open window solves that problem. This AC does a great job supporting the main AC of the Trailer almost to the point of freezing you out. I'm glad I bought it.

My a/c died at the start of a heatwave here and I bought this one on impulse and have been very happy with it. It was super easy to install in the window and was up and running in minutes. I live in a very large loft and it can't quite keep up on days when it is over 90 degrees but it isn't rated for that anyway. All in all, very impressed.

My living room faces West,and when I get home from work,it's around 85 degrees in there. The patio thermometer ,just outside the living room is over 90 on sunny summer days. When I turn this portable air conditioner on,and put the exhaust out the dog door,the room is comfortable in about a half hour. Problem solved! It won't cover the house, but absolutely great for a large room.

Didn't cool that well. Worked hard but never got our upstairs bedroom very cool. Room was only 290 sq ft.

Good cooling and pretty quiet. The air exhaust attachment that blocks leaves a small gap. There should be a several pieces of stick on weatherstripping included which would mount to the bottom of the windows. The instructions indicate the unit may drip water in high humidity conditions so you should buy a shallow drip pan. Why wouldn't they include one?

Great product. No louder than a window AC. Good for those of us with steam radiator heat. Blocks less than 6 inches of your window..unlike a window AC that blocks almost all light out of the window you jam it into. A little pricey, but worth it.
