Also 15 day return policy from Best Buy will keep me from shopping at Best Buy ever again.

We loved how quite it was at first and how clean it made the room smell. This with the added timer made it a great product. Well that was up to the last two months. The timer will not stay set and the fan keeps getting louder and louder. The company wants us to jump through hoops to get it taken care of and being I did not buy the "Geek Squad" protection, there is no help to be found. I guess the thousands we spend in the store each and every year for years now means nothing. I would think twice before buying this product. Honeywell makes great things... This is just not one of them.
