When I received this product, which I purchased brand new at full price, the box was ripped and had looked as if it was resting in someone’s attic. I proceeded to remove the product from the box, and it was packed improperly. Next, there was no remote in the box. This product, which I received in unacceptable condition, was returned the next day.

Luckily it did not catch my house on fire so for that reason it gets one star

The heater worked fine for the first 30 days, and then this error "E1" kept appearing causing the the heater to turn off. I have done research to see how to fix it. I turned the heater up side down I've cleaned the filter even though it wasn't dirty. Overall this heater is a waste of money, very unsatisfied.

I moved to several plugs and the unit would come on and go right back off. Took the unit back and decided to purchase another brand.

I set it for 80 degrees ran it for a few hours it never got there. In my master bedroom I had it next to me on one side of the bed my wife couldn't feel the heat lying right next to me.

It has two heat levels, you can change the temperature, set a timer and also have it turn as well. Very compact, slim and super light to carry and move around! It also comes with a remote control. So worth the money and the trip to the store to exchange with.
