My review is on the lack of common sense by the employee who decided that the product was in sellable condition. I ordered online, when I go to pick it up, the box taped in an attempt to keep the box closed, as the box was wet/dried, torn, put back together.

This heater is good, helps to keep your room warm,. Bought it twice same brand. Safety features is reliable.

This unit is smaller then I thought it would be, but as far as performance it is great. I have this unit in a large room and it does keep the room comfortable.

This was good for heating half our house. I use it to save on the heating bill and it's very powerful for a smaller heater.
