Not good for a bigger room but in a smaller room it works perfectly.

Only complaint is the sensor is too sensitive and will shut off temporarily even there isn't anything in front of it.

Worked great for bedroom during recent cold in LA.

Remote never worked..to much trouble to take back since it was a Xmas gift.. Customer service line way tooooo longggg

Great unit excep the two sensor lights on the unit to sense objects too close are needed for the unit to run and can be annoying for sleeping

Looks good but not effective as expected. Heats up only small area.

Product was purchased for my wife, was shipped to her work. Was received next day, all of which was good up to that point. When my wife opened the box, there was no manual nor was there a remote control. She called customer service immediately, they verified the item and could see that it was shipped to her. They refused to help her not even because it was bought for her and she had possession of the item. They kept saying they needed to speak to me since I'm the one that bought the item....It was a gift to my wife at that point she has possession of the item. WHY could they not make this RIGHT!!!! She wasn't asking to get something else just replace the item! Fix this!!!! When she asked for information to file a complaint...the team leader directed her to the leave feedback option.....and would not give out any other information....REALLY!

It is not powerful enough and is too short. The price is good.

FROM THE MOMENT I PLUGGED IT IN IT HAS NOT WORKED,IT ONLY CAN BE OPERATED WITH REMOTE, AFTER HEATING FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES IT STARTS PEEPING & SWITCHING ALL OVER THE CONTROL PANEL. OVERALL CONSEPT IN GOOD BUT OPERATION NOT ACCEPPTABLE! I DID NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF SURGERIES...

Works well in very small space but not worth the cost.

Blows enough air to keep you cool. However it seems to draw a lot of electricity.

Limited heating area. It gets very hot, but not enough to heat up a bathroom.

Out of the box, this is ok. Lois nice, relatively quiet and puts out a decent amount of heat. But my unit keeps making 3 beeps and shuts off so I think it’ll be returned. Also, unless one is pretty nearby, it does not put out enough to do anything more than a small room. I’d recommend looking at a different unit.

You have to keep it next to your body to feel the heat

It is very light weight, mostly plastic. It does rotate, which is a good feature.

I bought this heater to heat my 218 sq ft four season sunroom, because MI winters can be brutal. It gave off a little heat if I was sitting directly in front of it, but it couldn't heat the room.
