    My old infrared heater stopped working and I needed something fast. This was a good price, I like the remote and the oscillating feature and I also like the proximity sensor. I wish it was a little bit hotter but that is my fault. It's a little small for the room that I'm heating. It's still better than nothing and in a smaller room it would be much better.

    The Honeywell ceramic tower heater has proven to be reliable and effective during a recent cold snap and provided the heat necessary to keep our outdoor plants alive, that we had brought into the garage.

    It works. There is a sensor that if things get too close it will turn off. But the sensor can be turned on/off. The heater turns off if it falls over. SO FAR THE ONLY DOWNSIDE is there are 2 settings: High and Low. The thermostat does not work on low. I set the thermostat and then set it on low and had it on all last night. The heater never turned off when it reached the desired temp.
