    The strange design blows out cold air at the top. Maybe it's just blowing the cold air in the room, but it's warm from the neck down anomy head and shoulders are cold. I called Honeywell and the lady admitted that her's did the same. Big design flaw!

    This item is was too small for the area I needed to heat. Tried to return but I was 2 days late. Return policy should be 30 days like other stores.
