Good Heater

Bad quality!

And within a month it broke. It just stopped working. I tried changing the outlets and still no luck. I would not recommend this item. I had a LASKO brand heater before this one which lasted me for more than three years. I am going back to LASKO for sure!

Missing remote control

Was received next day, all of which was good up to that point. When my wife opened the box, there was no manual nor was there a remote control. She called customer service immediately, they verified the item and could see that it was shipped to her. They refused to help her not even because it was bought for her and she had possession of the item. They kept saying they needed to speak to me since I'm the one that bought the item....It was a gift to my wife at that point she has possession of the item. WHY could they not make this RIGHT!!!! She wasn't asking to get something else just replace the item! Fix this!!!! When she asked for information to file a complaint...the team leader directed her to the leave feedback option.....and would not give out any other information....REALLY!

Keeps shutting off
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box, this is ok. Lois nice, relatively quiet and puts out a decent amount of heat. But my unit keeps making 3 beeps and shuts off so I think it’ll be returned. Also, unless one is pretty nearby, it does not put out enough to do anything more than a small room. I’d recommend looking at a different unit.
