Solidly built. I wish it had a humidity gauge to measure the humidity in the room, heck, every humidifier should come with one built in.

But I would not recommend this product because every morning after using this, the floor under the mist is all wet. I thought at first that the unit had a leak, but it doesn’t. I have a small cool mist humidifier (another brand) in another room and it does not leave the floor wet. I would take it back, but I do not have have the box any longer.
