Honeywell - Designer Series 1.2 Gal. Cool Mist Humidifier - Black

Can’t say enough about the overall aesthetic. Too many humidifiers just look awful and this one is actually very nice. It does have an essential oil tray but they say it themselves, this is not a diffuser. I’m not sure how beneficial having the essential oil tray at the bottom is and I haven’t noticed strong presence of my selected oil when in use. This does have a very large capacity. Can’t say how long it should last at the time, because it seems the room I have it in was very dry before having this in there so it’s been going through plenty of water. The light indicator on low water and auto shutoff are very nice features, and the misting works fantastic. Only thing to note on the misting is as other folks have mentioned, a fan greatly helps push the most across a room. Otherwise it just puffs in a localized area. Mine is also on a table which helps it go into the immediate area more efficiently. Easy to setup and good instructions. Has multiple modes for varying levels of humidification. Does not have any sensors for moisture level or humidity readings.

Purchased in conjunction with air purifier as my wife has terrible allergies and our house is very dry and dusty. Well packaged and ready to use right out of the box. Easy intuitive controls. Fill it and turn it on. Follow recommendations for filling and wipe off any water residue and you will eliminate any issues. Has operated since day one without an incident. On high it will run all night on a full tank and then some. Ingenious backlight so you can tell water level if you want to turn it on. I've gotten into a routine of filling before bed, turn it on and then off while gone during the day. Have not experienced any residue from cool mist on floor or table. Quiet operation, silent on low with increasing loudness on medium and high. Nothing that will keep you awake at night. Highly recommend Honeywell Humidifier and Best Buy.

Well, I'm able to breathe better when I'm using it. The air in my room isn't that dry anymore and believe it or not I actually noticed a difference as soon as I turned it on because I sat it right next to me. I don't snore as loud at times according to my family, and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night needing water because my mouth is dry from not being able to breathe through my nose. It has definitely helped me, but to each his own. I recommend getting the protection plan too. My humidifier fell off of my bed and the gray outside part broke and I was able to get a replacement the same day because they had 2 more in stock. My bed is about 3-4 feet off the floor, so I don't really blame the build quality at all.

I am so happy with this product! It's super quiet. The only noise you hear is an occasional gurgle of water, but it's not disruptive. It's highly portable, which is what I wanted. We have a humidifier built into our furnace, but it's old and not working well anymore. I move this Honeywell around with me throughout the house, and it has helped my sinuses feel so much better. The little tray for essential oils is awesome. I buy the oils that are known to reduce inflammation, and voila! No more sinus pain.

the unit is extremely quiet and you really don't feel that it's there. The base is very sturdy and well built. The wheel which controls the flow rate is also very solid and well constructed. The only down side I might say is the canister where the water is sits in a column continuous with the machine, so when you remove the canister to clean you have to dig down through the column to get at everything. The surface is also glossy so any water residue builds up quickly.

i bought this for my bf and he loves it. uses it almost every day. easy to use and clean. very little noise. the only thing i am bummed about is that it claims to have something for your essential oils but its only a small slot on the bottom of the humidifier that is not really useful cause you cant smell it. i thought i could add to the water but i cant.

I've been very happy with this humidifier. So glad to have one that doesn't require a filter. There will be a slight residue of white dust but the benefits of the humidifier out weigh that inconvenience. Overall easy to use and easy to clean. I empty and drain when not in use so cleaning hasn't been too much of a hassle. Machine is quiet and I'm very happy with purchase.
