It's difficult cutting from a roll of filter even with the template. The filter warning light won't go out even after I replaced both the pre-filter and the regular filter. I suspect it's because the pre-filter is not fitting properly when cut from a roll.

The problem is the 300 model requires 3 hepa filters but the replacement box only comes with 2 hepa filters. Maybe sell the filters according to the model.

You need to cut them to fit the air purifier and consequently the filters do not function properly. Cost was high for quality of the product.
