Leaked all over the bedroom floor

It seemed to be doing a good job providing some extra humidity to the room. But despite filling it up every few days the base humidity levels on the thermostat didn't change, which we found odd. We moved it to the bedroom and after filling it up once a day for about 3 days we noticed it had caused a huge wet spot on the carpet. It had been leaking all that water onto the carpet! Needless to say, we are bringing it back tomorrow and finding a replacement.

After returning and receiving the second unit, it wormed great the first week but after that it just stopped producing humility.

However, when the humidity is low, the unit will put out moisture at a faster rate to raise the humidity to a more comfortable level.
