Effectively removes bad smells airborne particles from basement.

Great air purifier noticeable difference in just 2 days

I am very happy with the efficiency and quietness of the air cleaner.

First time air purifier user. Can't figure out how to check the filter status on the top. Can't be bothered to read the manual, obviously. Works as a fan too. Works as an air purifier, if not as a simple deodorizer. Has a faint, continuous electric buzz when turned off and still plugged in.

I bought this Honeywell - AirGenius 5 Air Cleaner/Odor Reducer for my wife as she always complaining a heavy smell circulating in kitchen after cooking. I found that the AirGenius is really help in reduce those cooking smell and the setup is relatively simple and easy. In overall, this is a great product!

it is a good small air cleaner for a small room,works great

We’ve had this purifier for about two months now and so far it’s been great. We have it in our small living room. I like all of the options it has for different modes although we’ve exclusively been using the allergen reducer mode since the pollen has been insane this year.

This item started rattling just after the warranty expired. Until then, I was quite happy. It is not a "HEPA" filter, but it does seem to do the job of reducing irritants. Unfortunately, the washable filter is sometimes difficult to place properly, which can cause the rattling noise. Over time, the rattle increased until I could not get rid of it. Also, make sure you wipe down the inside of the unit when you clean the filter as dust also accumulates in the slight crack between the filter and the body of the unit. I'd recommend this with caution. Do not expect to get long-term use, and purchase a three-year extended warranty if available.

I needed a machine that was large enough to get the smell of smoking out of the air in my condo. I had complaints from neighbors because of the poorly designed air system in my building. I had some neighbors tell me it was an improvement.

This things blows a lot of air, could be used as a fan as opposed to an air cleaner. I had it in my office and did not notice much difference in the room particles in the air

This is used in our bedroom for overnight air circulation. It works well in all settings, but is more noisy than we thought it would be. The fan is not so bad but most of the operational noise is from the oscillation control. With this off it is reasonably quiet.

This purchase was a inexpensive item, to clean air

I purchased this one and the bluetooth compatibel one and they both work great and reduces smells and dust. the filters for it arent expensive either, and you only have to change every 3 months. I want to get a 3rd one, maybe the air genius 4, its a little quiter (but smaller) than this one

My wife is very sensitive to odors--cleaning chemicals, perfumes, cooking odors. She uses this all over the house and loves it. I am not very sensitive, so I can't really attest to exactly how effective it is. However, she is very happy with it; and that is enough to give it 5 stars.

This is the best air cleaner by performance & easy to use

Need to change filters more frequently than recommended as can smell residual cigarette odor otherwise. Pretty quickly actually. Without filter use the air smells so non filter use is not a realistic option
