Unit gives off a plastic odor even after many hours of use.

Great product but I have issues on resetting the light after I clean the filter.

Didn't do a think with cooking odors or cigar smoke. On the other hand, it WAS overly large, heavy and hard to move around. Hmmm, what's left? Well, on the plus side, it didn't vote for Trump.

I really expected a lot more from this air cleaner because of the specifications and other user reviews. It made a great fan! It says it will handle odors so I expected if I turned it to high when I was cooking that it would handle the cooking odors. It did not and I was very disappointed. For this reason I returned the unit.

Worked great for 2 months. now grinding noises while oscillating . Cost way to much to last for only 2 months. Will look for different brands.

It is average. Would be better if it covered more square footage.

Wife wanted a unit that said it would handle pet hair. It wasn’t the quietest we considered but really wanted to address pet hair. We have a cat that sheds year round. Ran the air cleaner on high for couple days straight - filters didn’t have any pet hair on them.

It doesn’t work so hard as I supossed it could do.

It was good at first. 2 AM in the morning I had to turn this off because the squeak which I’ve been enduring for the last week has gotten so loud, it was unbearable. I strongly advise you avoid this unit. I thought the complaints of this supposedly quiet unit were from a small set of cases but I don’t think so.

A smell, reminiscent of an electrical smell, emits from the unit when it performs. Being that one review also talked about this, the unit was returned.

Wish it was quieter and didn't have an 'ozone' smell.

This is the first air cleaner/oder reducer I have purchased. I went for a higher priced product thinking "you get what you pay for." I am so disappointed. This is just a high priced fan, and it insults a fan by not being one that produces a lot of air. I don't think my expectations are too lofty thinking I would see a reduction in dust particles on surfaces and expect to find the filter has captured it. Still waiting...still looking...

I am unable to use the Air purifier ODOR REDUCER because it lets off a strong new car odor that quickly filled the room . I put it on the deck for 2 days and ran it hoping it would air out. I called the customer service for Honey well they told me to air it out when I told him what I had done and that it still smelled he said I must be allergic to ozone ?? Big disappointment [weeks later still smells... a bit less; I don't use it]

Worked ok until the filter needed cleaning. Cleaned filter cover would not clip back on, can not reset filter status. still works but cover keeps falling off. DON'T BUY!

The chemical off-gassing of this machine made the breathing environment worse than what we started with!! I kept running it for 2 days, thinking it would get better---it is an air purifier, after all, but it did not. We could not tolerate it and had to return it. We found that a simple box fan with a furnace filter attached to the back worked far better and never put offensive chemical smell into the air.

I purchased one and it did such an amazing job that I went back and got 2 more for the other rooms in my house. Great buy.

I bought two air purifiers to cover the square space. I use this one in my bedroom and it works great.

Broke after one year....doesn’t turn on. Used it for three months during a bad wild fire season, tried to use it the next summer and it will not turn on.

This is the first air purifier I purchased. After reviewing all feedback from other consumers on all like products, I choose this one. The main reason is due to the efficiency of removing pet dander, allergens, and mold. Then the fact that the filter is washable. The cost of annual replacements of the filter is about $62. It also helped that the product is on sale, which was drastically reduced below the other brands. I loved the 5 speed featture, the timer, and oscillating feature. This was an awesome buy. I plan to buy another one to put in my bedroom.
