    Poor quality. Touch screen unresponsive, slow, network connection is OK. It does the job controlling HAVC system.

    It works but I changed ISP and I have never been able to get back on the internet. Do not buy if you want to access this from areas other than your home. I am pretty smart and normally no issues but this has been a bad experience.

    This is rather an expensive gadget. One of the little prongs for the wires broke as I was installing it. Cheap product but software interface is nice.

    Had to return it, My home did not have a C wiring and you need one apparently with this one or someone to come in and convert it. Did not know that until you open it and read the directions. I ended up returning it.

    I really like the tstat but It has a inside temp failure and must be replaced. Its working but has this failure code. I haven't tried the warranty yet but I believe that won't be an issue. Its just the inconvenience

    Purchased 2 of the same. One works perfect, the 2nd doe not respond. It's about 5 weeks later and can not return it even though it has a 2 year warranty? Can I get this replaced?

    I reviewed this lower as you must manually set it to cool or heat. My last smart thermostat did it automatically according to the temperatures set. Other then that, it is fine.

    I bought this a year ago, kept it in drawer the day I wanted to use it I realized that it is not battery operated as stated in the description on Best Buy website, I went to store spoke to the manager and he refused to return it and got his hands off and told me you are not responsible what is posted on our website.

    Bought this to replace ecobee thermostat that was inaccurate. It was great at first and actually read the right temperature which cooled our house to the desired setting. After a couple of weeks though, it would not turn off at all during the day when it was hot. It would reach temp and continue running. I really hoped this thermostat was better, but it was not. The app was ok, but I prefer the the other apps and platforms better. It was returned and another thermostat installed that works properly.

    I ended up taking it back because I didn't have a "C" wire and I was unwilling to do what they wanted me to do to get one. It looked like it could have been a good deal had I had the "C" wire.

    Not sure if this is a good product. I had my entire heating/cooling system replaced and the techs were also replacing the thermostats. They were not able to get this one to stay powered on so I returned it for a different model.
