Worst smart thermostat

The app sucks and doesn’t work, the device even though connected to the internet the app says it isn’t and the app consistently says failure to authenticate you. The touchscreen doesn’t work at all! Touch each letter 10 times to try and have it register. I think the first computer was better than this. The HIVE with some connectivity flaws is much better than this but I think Honeywell products in general suck and I will not be buying another one, EVER!

Touch screen is horrible.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This thermostat may be good for turning up heat or cooling the home remotely otherwise the touchscreen is junk especially if you have larger fingers. The touch screen needs to be more sensitive and some of the buttons are too close to the edge with a raised plastic border. You can't even put your finger on the buttons across the top.

Complete trash!

Does not turn on the system when programmed or on schedule. This is the worst device honeywell has ever made. The five star reviews must be paid reviews! CAUSE THERE IS NO WAY!

Has been great until.....

It has been two days now and it’s jacked, reset passwords but tells you no! Obviously not dependable anymore, to bad. Guess I have to go buy a Nest for another $250
