I traded for this one and wish this would have been my first choice it is easy to use on wi-fi or manually. If you do a replacement I recommend this one

Replacement Honeywell Thermostat

The thermostat and associated phone app. is so much easier than the prior version. Very happy with this purchase.

I like that I can set and control it directly from my phone. It is also compatible with the Ring alarm system so I can adjust it from anywhere through my Ring app. I have found that it holds the temp very well. I haven't used it for heating yet so if my opinion changes I'll update this review.

Once you set it up, keeping the temperature at the set or programed point is very responsive and sensitive. Honestly, my other family members said that the heater was more pleasant. And the Alexa commands and capabilities are a cherry on top, and it is such a breeze. I would definitely recommend this thermostat.

It is so nice to be able to change using my cell phone while we are traveling home from a weekend away so that the house will be comfortable when we get home. I have even woke up in the middle of the night and changed the temp to warm things up a little without ever getting out of my bed. We purchased this on a sale.
