Good thermostat for its price range

Easy to control with the available app. Got in sale for $99 and with the $50 center point energy rebate only paid $49.

Just what I need

I live in Minnesota and spend 2 months every winter in Arizona. Instead of paying a home security company 33 dollars a month to monitor the temperature in my house I can check the temp any time I want. Saves me money.
