Cheaper than some of the other options. You can access from an app but it makes you log in each time. Little annoying but overall a good buy.

Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat

This thermostat gave us the best of both worlds. I can operate it from my phone and she can walk up to it and operated by touch. It has worked flawlessly since we installed it. I would highly recommend this end it looks really good and it’s easy to read.
