We have hardwood floors over the cement foundation in our townhouse and our first winter left us freezing cold. We couldn't keep the chill away on our main level. This heater has worked so well. It saved us on our energy bill and is straightforward to use. We don't use the thermostat function much but it seems to work fine. Usually we just set it to low or high for a bit when we first get up in the morning.

This is a fantastic choice if you need to heat a single room. Quiet and efficient!

We bought this to heat the bathroom so that stepping out of a hot shower would be less traumatic. It works perfectly. All the options are there. My only small gripe is that I wish the controls were on the top of the unit. As it is now, you have to reach all the way down to the floor level to adjust the settings. Not a huge deal, but if your not limber or have a bad back, it might be difficult.

I have started to get ready for the winter. I found this heater at a great price and purchased 2 of them I have only tested them briefly to make sure they are working before putting them away until needed in the winter. Both heaters started warming up the room as soon as I turned them on.

This is an excellent heater for small spaces. We've had heat issues twice this winter but were warm and toasty. Controls are simple and heat settings accurate.

It does a nice job. I had to bring it back to the store. When I went to the store to pick up my online order the box was damaged. They didn't pack it inside another box and should have. The guy at the counter kind of shrugged his shoulders when I mentioned that the box was damaged. When I got it home I found that the screen was dented in. I had to schlep it back to the store, return it, and to get another. Best buy should pack up things better. The second one came without a protective box but luckily made it intact. The best buy experience is not factored in my review.
