It does a fine job of heating our 14' x 24' family room which has glass sliding doors to the outside as well as a large window. We have not had any problems with it and I feel very safe when using it.

It’s not really designed to heat large rooms but it did fine and kept the chill off the rooms where we used it. It’s a great value for the money.

It doesn't seem to adhere to the temperature settings well. As it never senses that the room is 65 degrees and should shut itself off.
