Good tower fan

The only reason I am reducing one star is that it does not have a setting to change the angle of the airflow. If you are sitting on a sofa, you are at level with the airflow, however if you are sitting down, you will not feel the full force of the fan. Otherwise it is a good quite fan. Requires less storage space.

Good but remote broken

It's just the base that has to be put together, but it REALLY didn't want to fit properly and took a lot of work and way too much effort with a screwdriver to make it happen. Then, we discovered the remote didn't work, and it's not a battery issue. The remote seems to function but either isn't transmitting a signal, or the fan isn't receiving. We contacted Best Buy, but they couldn't give us just a new remote. So we contacted Honeywell. They're supposed to review the situation and decide whether we should get a remote, but it's taking forever. So we may have to return/exchange this item at Best Buy. The fan itself works pretty well.
